Making A Harvest Box

Tomorrow is Chipmunk's harvest festival and I have just whipped up a small harvest box,just in case he goes to school.

Chipmunk is much better today and I'm hoping that he may be well enough to go to school tomorrow.

At juniors the harvest festival is different.They ask for small donations of the usual tinned,dried food or toiletries and they are going to donate the boxes to a homeless shelter in the nearby town.

I'm hoping that Chipmunk will begin to take on board the work that the charity does and how some people are not lucky enough to have a snug,safe home.Sad but unfortunately true
