2 minute memories

Last Friday T went to visit his girlfriends grandad in the nursing home he stays at.

The home was having a jubilee day.

A couple of hours later T came home and as he walked through the door I could see he was a bit bemused.

He produced this

It seems he had won the raffle!

Perhaps not what a teen boy would want to win in a raffle!

In a nice gesture he gave it to his grandma,I said no as I wanted the boys to have something to keep to remember the jubilee with but I think I will say that it should go to my mum as the thought from T was really nice.

My lasting memory of this tho was the look on T's face as he showed us what he had won #priceless

 Today after breakfast Chipmunk went outside to play football.

It was 8am,a busy time,but I thought he could have a bit of a play.

And he so loved it!

As I was bustling around in the kitchen I was smiling as I heard him shouting to himself.

When I called him in I couldn't stop smirking.

He was dressed in a pyjama top,his faithful cap,boxers and trainers!

He did look a sight!

I saw a little boy who was happy on a school day tho and that nice memory has stayed with me all day!

And it wasn't even raining!!!

Santa Toys

This made me smile last night...

It was nearly bedtime,I was messing about on the computer and Sharky had gone upstairs to get a shirt out for today.

He came down grinning and saying  

 ''I want the penguin''

And I had to smile because I knew he had seen the Christmas Animals

I had washed them and lined them up next to the radiator to dry.

So even when you are a mega cool teen Christmas Animals still rule!

Nice to know isn't it!
